Corruption or Weaponized incompetence?
I am a graduate of Edinburgh University with an MA in Sociology. I studied under great thinkers and writers, such as Professor Lindsay Paterson. I also studied European Philosophy which showed me that Sociology is largely conjecture masquerading as a science. Within my Sociology degree I also studied psychology, and in particular social psychology. This was to prove me in good stead when I became confronted by insane psychiatrists (Sociologists have an inherent dislike for the Psychiatry) in Switzerland after being refused political asylum and told:
'The UK is a safe country, where you can challenge any false assertions using the functioning justice system. The term 'vulnerable' does not seem to have had any detrimental affect on you.'
There are so many falsehoods in that statement that it is easy to disprove every single word.
So, let's begin and you can judge for yourself!
The two images you see on this page - one is a letter from a Swiss civil servant to a Swiss lawyer, and the other is an email from the same Swiss civil servant to an Italian lawyer. Both assert that they have the right to refuse to return my British passport, even after we had fulfilled the criteria they stated I need to do to have it returned! In the email I was sitting with the Italian lawyer in Trieste, Italy!
In effect the Swiss refused me asylum, refused to return my passport so that I could leave (even after leaving Switzerland in December 2024 for the second time). They repeatedly tried to incarcerate me; then immediately released me multiple times, then kept my passport and returned it to Professor Richard Gill in the Netherlands eight months later. I was not in the Netherlands, and that to me shows how arbitrary and deliberately harming their behaviour was.
It was deliberate psychological torture on behalf of the British FCDO. I will prove it here....
My beautiful Kurdistan, Iraq
On returning from Iraq in 2020 after resigning from Saqi Barzani's/Nichervan Barzani's/International Academic City's FAKE Stratford University, Erbil, I tried to report his crimes to Police Scotland multiple times. It was a complete shock when they refused to take a record of the crimes. My intention was to report the crimes and move on but not before I started a case against Barzani for forcing me to engage in this illegal scam and then slandering me when I tried to report him; for trying to leave; and threatening me multiple times.
I tried multiple times to get Police Scotland to take a report of his crimes. Instead of taking reports of the crimes I witnessed in Kurdistan they started to stalk me everywhere I went, monitored my online presence, and monitored and interrupted all of my online conversations, emails (openly reading and deleting them in front of my eyes even when I was right in the middle of writing emails and messages). Police officers refused to even look at my passport and refuse to engage properly, always dismissing everything I said. After about six months of trying to get to the bottom of their treatment towards me, and after multiple complaints they eventually sent me this document: it explicitly states they will not record the details of the crime and they act as if they are lawyers! This is way out of their statutory obligations. They cannot make a statement about whether the information is relevant to a legal case in a different country. Their obligation is to take notes of international crimes and pass them to Interpol, and to give me proof that they have recorded the crimes. Instead, they put me under surveillance, deliberately messed me around, threw me out of one police station after accessing personal and no doubt false information about me on an office laptop, wrote slander about me, claimed I did not raise my own children, claimed both my children were dead, put me on a 'Vulnerable Persons' Database' (iVPD); claimed I gave them consent; sent this to the Investigative Powers Tribunal Court (IPT court) secretly, before I could see what they wrote; denied me a Subject Access Request to ask what they wrote on the IVPD - which I only found out about because an ethical politician (Jeremy Balfour) told me they had done this. The IPT Court then held a secret court case in the Home Office, refused me legal representation, came to a decision which included this slanderous and lying document then gave a document to the FCDO who then, secretly, sent this completely basesless document around the world to their embassies and gave me absolutely no right to respond, because it was all done SECRETLY. This is corruption! I was silenced, deliberately!
They did all of this because a corrupt Kurdish official in the British Embassy in Erbil contacted Police Scotland. Why the hell would you contact Police Scotland, who have absolutely ZERO jurisdiction outside of the UK, let alone absolutely no right to interfere in my life outside of Scotland?
Why? This will take time to explain and time to upload the evidence.
I am left with no alternative than to take on the establishment myself. Nobody believes what I have to say and what has happened to me. Even if people believe me and know I am telling the truth, the extent to which I have been persecuted and slandered is frightening to them and they choose to remain anonymous until I have safely exposed the bad actors and we are all safe. I have never had the right to a Human Rights' Lawyer in the UK, was denied the right to defend myself in the secret Home Office Investigative Powers Tribunal on December 22nd 2022, when I was in China fighting against the slander and lies they had sent there, after I was assaulted as a result of their lies (I will also post that video here).

Swiss Institutions:
ORS - corrupt network of woke asylum centres funded by the EU.
SPoMi - Gov Institution which deals with the removal of asylum seekers and decisions where to house them (in effect the person (Michael Vallelian - who is the writer of the document and email above, refusing to return my passport). Michael was the sadist who moved me and tortured me, deliberately, on behalf of the FCDO.
SEM - Swiss Immigration.
Freibourg Hospital (the last document I will upload as they were the least able to judge given their bad English and myopic approach to humanity).
Each document requires an explanation and how they related to each other and this will take time and patience so bear with me.

Corruption encourages corruption: moral corruption, institutional corruption, personal corruption and political corruption. The omission of the whole truth or even part of the truth is still a lie.
I have no doubt that actors mentioned here disagree with each other on some points because it is not possible for them to assert things which completely contradict what the other actors are saying, and so their assertions become more and more bland, more and more broad and less and less provable. And even less and less scientifically, legally or logically based.
DOCUMENT 1 - Letter to British Embassy, Istanbul, 18th February 2020
Two weeks before I return to the UK, roughly.
After Leaving the FAKE Stratford University Erbil, run by the Barzanis, I went to the British Embassy in Turkey, to inform them of the corruption and ask them what I should do. Saqi Barzani was still stalking me at this point, using photos from a Starbucks in Istanbul (posting everything on Facebook) to claim I was 'working with actors to undermine the Barzanis/KDP/individual Kurdish politicians'.
It was laughable. He was deranged. But, he had a record of claiming people were 'spies', Iranian spies. He was an idiot.
After I visited the British Embassy and spoke to the security officer for the region, I sent this letter (download it from the link).
While I was in the Embassy a clerk asked if I wanted her to contact 'Family members', to which I replied 'I do not have any family members but I do have people in my family, rapists and child abusers who are stalking me, so I hope you are not passing information to them. ' She looked very surprised, maybe because of what I said and maybe because of the fact she had contact details for people which she believed were accurate, but this is just another example of the British Embassy not willing to protect my privacy.
Any single time I have asked the FCDO for a Subject Access Request they always redact information or claim they do not have it.
Things mentioned in the letter to the Istanbul British Embassy which I was concerned about came to be true as soon as I arrived in the UK. Aided by Police Scotland and the FCDO!
The second document here is the evidence that Police Scotland and the FCDO contacted the judge in Virginia, supporting Saqi Barzani in his desire to silence and persecute me. The British State (Police Scotland; the Home Office; the FCDO) silenced me, because I wrote to Judge O'Grady and they are implicated in the money laundering and fraud! Not only them but Stratford and the accreditation authority also.
